WindBar Image License

Every image on WindBar Images is owned by WindBar. You can use it for free, for commercial and editorial projects, as long as you credit WindBar with a link.

What you can do

  • Use the images in product proposals, line sheets and presentations.
  • Use them in reviews, news articles, blog posts and other editorial content.
  • Use them on retail product pages and marketplaces that sell the genuine WindBar product shown.
  • Use them on social media posts and ads aimed at adults 21+.
  • Crop, resize and color-correct them to fit your layout, as long as the product is not misrepresented.

Attribution (required)

Credit is a condition of this free license. Place it near the image or in the credits section.

What is not allowed

  • Presenting the images as another brand’s product, or implying the product is made by anyone other than WindBar.
  • Editing a WindBar product so it looks like your own product, or passing off modified images as original designs.
  • Removing the embedded copyright (IPTC/XMP) information and reselling the images, or bundling them into another image library, template pack or dataset.
  • Any marketing directed at people under 21, or placing the images where minors are the intended audience.
  • Health, cessation or therapeutic claims, or any use that breaks FDA or state rules on advertising.
  • Using images of people to suggest that a real person endorses a product.

AI-generated images and specifications

Most images are AI-generated or AI-assisted renders, and every person shown is an AI-generated adult model, not a real person. Downloads are labelled with the IPTC Digital Source Type “trained algorithmic media”. Product specifications shown or described are subject to manufacturer confirmation.

Embedded rights metadata

Downloaded files carry Creator and Credit Line “WindBar”, Copyright Notice “© WindBar” and a Web Statement of Rights pointing to this page. Please keep this metadata intact.
